♦ THE WORDCRAFT DIFFERENCE ♦

Why Wordcraft?

Your search ends here

Wordcraft was born out of my passion for writing and speaking — and, just as importantly, out of a deep desire to help new and existing authors navigate their publishing journey. Believe me, I know exactly how daunting that journey can be.

The genesis of this website dates back to 2015, when I was looking for a publisher for my own book idea: an anthology on India's foreign policy after 2014. I had prepared what I believed was a very good proposal. But much to my dismay, it was rejected by 29 publishers. Twenty-nine!

Perhaps if I'd had someone from the industry to guide or mentor me through this seemingly arduous journey, I would not have struggled so much. Does this story sound familiar? Well, then your search ends here.

From the subject to write on, to preparing the book proposal — and from understanding contracts to finding a moderator for your book event — you have a friend and guide in Yamini. Welcome to my world!

Real Experience. Real Insight.
